Privacy and support requests

How StopDox Foundation uses the information you provide when asking for doxxing support and how to contact us about your data.

What the form collects

We use your reply email, links you choose to share, a description and the selected language to assess your request and contact you. The form also creates a timestamp and a case status. To limit abuse, it uses a temporary keyed identifier derived from the connection address. Web infrastructure may retain separate access logs.

Access and retention

Only authorized WordPress administrators and the specialist assigned to your case can view the request in the inbox. Form contents are encrypted before being written to the site database. Live inbox records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Backups and email replies may follow separate retention schedules. Email sent directly to us is processed through our email service.

Share only what is necessary

Leave out passwords, identity documents, login tokens, precise addresses and unrelated information about other people. A short description of the kind of information exposed is usually enough to start. Read each external reporting form’s privacy information before submitting evidence there.

Your data

Contact StopDox Foundation at [email protected] or Rennweg 57, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Where applicable, you may contact your data protection authority. In Switzerland, see FDPIC / PFPDT / EDÖB.
