Meet the eight people responsible for the foundation’s governance, legal work, security, research, communications, victim support and finance.
Dr. Elena Vasquez
Chair of the Board
A Spanish and Swiss citizen, Elena earned a doctorate in international digital law at the University of Zurich. She spent over 10 years working on data protection in the Council of Europe’s legal department. Based in Zurich, she oversees strategy and Swiss compliance.
Marcus Chen
Executive Director
A Canadian citizen and former operations director at a Geneva-based international human rights NGO, Marcus has experience growing organizations internationally. He leads operations, fundraising and partnerships.
Sophie Dubois
Legal Director
A French lawyer with a background in digital rights work in Paris, Sophie specializes in doxxing and online harassment. She develops legal resources, coordinates removal requests with platforms such as Google and Meta, and leads work on legal support.
Arjun Patel
Chief Technology Officer
A software engineer from India with cybersecurity experience in Singapore’s banking sector, Arjun leads work on exposure monitoring, automated alerts and secure communications for people affected by doxxing.
Dr. Amina Okafor
Head of Research
A Nigerian sociologist who studies digital violence, Amina has published on the impact of doxxing on marginalized groups. She leads data collection, trend reporting and preventive education.
Liam O'Sullivan
Communications Director
An Irish strategic communications specialist with a background in technology media, Liam leads press relations, awareness campaigns and public communications supporting people affected by doxxing.
Yuki Tanaka
Community & Victim Support Manager
A Japanese citizen with experience in psychological support services in Tokyo, Yuki works directly with people affected by doxxing, coordinates volunteers and helps create safer support spaces.
David Müller
Finance Director
A Swiss accountant with experience in Zurich’s nonprofit sector, David oversees financial transparency, Swiss nonprofit tax compliance and coordination with auditors.
